Information and Communication Technologies
Areas where ICTs are used.
The first areas where a ICT can be used is in school. ICTs are everywhere in the place. Some examples are:
- Computers of the computer center next to the library.
- Projector is in the place of communication because they project rays of light onto the screen.
- iPads its both communication and information because it is a tool to make the jobs easier.
The second Area where a ICT can be used is a business building. Some examples are:
- Printers: they print information for communication in meetings and final works.
- Laptops: they search information for sources and it can entertain you in some ways.
- Tv Screen, they show information to be more visible for people farther away in the room.
The third Area where a ICT can be used is in a hospital. Some examples are:
- Heart rate meter: it shows the different levels of heart rate for a patient.
- Body scanners: it allow doctors to find and treat conditions such as tumours in their early stages when the chances of treating them successfully are much greater.
- Patients recording: is a computerised databases are used by every hospital in the country to store information about patients.
The fourth Area where a ICT can be used is in agriculture. Some examples are:
- Geographic systems: to locate and search for terrain.
- Computer-controlled devices: they control machines automatically.
- Walkie-talkies: they are used to communicate by radio in a closed channel.
My conclusion:
We knew that ICTs are important because it is what we use everywhere everyday for daily activities. They help us to be more efficient and easy the hard things in life. We investigate it to know that communication and information it’s also a technology to talk about a theme.
